I'm Rock Florida, U.S. Army veteran, real estate investor, educator, and Principal Broker of Realty EPIC, with more than 20 years of experience serving Northwest Arkansas.

In 2014, I walked away from the traditional percentage-based brokerage model to build something better: a veteran- and investor-owned firm committed to delivering exceptional representation at a more reasonable cost.

My mission is simple: Educate and empower people to preserve more of their equity, make smarter real estate decisions, and experience fewer headaches along the way.

Two Oaths. One Mission.

Throughout my life, I've taken two professional oaths that continue to shape how I serve others.

My first oath was as a United States Army soldier, when I solemnly swore to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That commitment taught me the enduring importance of duty, integrity, sacrifice, and protecting those entrusted to my care.

My second oath came with my calling as a licensed real estate broker, accepting the fiduciary responsibilities of loyalty, confidentiality, accountability, and putting my clients' interests ahead of my own.

While these oaths were taken in very different circumstances, I discovered that they share a common principle: The responsibility to defend and protect what has been entrusted to me.

So I combined them into one mission:
“Defend our clients' equity from all agents, foreign and domestic!”

It's a little tongue-in-cheek, but the conviction behind it is serious. Your home is likely one of your family's greatest financial assets, and you deserve someone committed to protecting it.
